Pies & Pukekos

My friend in NZ received the Ribbon Lace Scarf I sent her for her birthday and says that she is pleased with it! I'm glad she likes it as it took me ages to make as I'm such a slow knitter. Here's a photo of it finished (its not as yellow in real life, more green):



Still got the migraine I've had since Sat. night. Had to call the Dr today to get some really strong painkillers. Luckily my MIL could come over and look after Luke and his cousin until Mike got home from work. I couldn't even put my head on the pillow it was just so unbearably sore and it took rather a huge dose of drugs to take the edge off it ...
